Novation Launchkey 49 MK4

Launchkey 49 is a powerful DAW controller with a premium semi-controlled keyboard, eight continuous encoders, nine faders and 16 impact-sensitive pads for playing drums.

Designed for artists, the 49-key offers powerful DAW integration with a thoughtfully arranged control surface. Launchkey 49 includes sophisticated Chord and Scale modes, synchronized with the OLED display to keep you in tune. It also features an editable arpeggiator, three Chord Modes for fast musical progressions, and a Chord Detector that displays the current chord on the OLED screen.

Powerful DAW integration

Launchkey offers powerful, custom integration for: Ableton Live, Logic, Cubase, Reason Studios, FL Studio and Ardour. These give you a hardware-driven workflow that gives you full control over transport functions, timeline navigation, mixing and EQ, clip launch, and instrument and effects parameters.

Keys and pads

The Launchkey 49's upgraded keyboard is sensitive enough for the most delicate melodies while being robust enough to withstand the rigors of any type of performance. For finger thumbers, Launchkey has impact-sensitive drum pads with polyphonic aftertouch. Unlike standard pads, Launchkey has a unique radial sensor that improves sensitivity.

Zones

With the Launchkey 49, you can easily divide the keyboard into two distinct zones. Play different sounds with each hand or store two MIDI channels across all 49 keys to send the same notes to both zones. This feature allows you to maximize your creative possibilities and control multiple instruments seamlessly.

Live

Launchkey comes with a unique software bundle that lets you dive straight into music production. Ableton Live 12 Lite lets you record and perform with up to eight tracks of MIDI or audio, complemented by a selection of premium instruments, effects and creative tools, all seamlessly integrated with your Launchkey.

Klevgrand

Known for intuitive and efficient production tools, Klevgrand, based in Stockholm, Sweden, offers Launchkey users three premium plugins: LUXE for track enhancement, R0Verb for multi-delay effects, and Slammer for extensive drum customization.

GForce

Emulations of classic Oberheim synthesizers. The package includes Oberheim SEM, Oberheim OB-EZ and AXXESS.

Orchestral Tools

Orchestral and acoustic sounds, including the Parallel Orchestra Bundle, exclusive to Launchkey customers. This pack includes Delicate Piano, Flautando Strings, Percussion FX, Shadowy, Paradox Texture and Woodwind Parallax.

Melodics
