Microtubes 500v2 features our signature Dual Microtubesdriveengines. With the instantly recognizable sleek Darkglass design on the outside, these two models both pack areal punch on the inside, despite their seemingly inconspicuoussize.
A new superior custom-designed Darkglass high-efficiency class D power amplifier module is the heart of this new line of our 500 Watt amplifiers. It enables the usage of speaker cabs withimpedance as low as 2Ω, adding a new level of flexibility for yourcabinet options.
A much-requested new feature is the cabinet simulation whichutilizes an improved version of our Cab Sim module. The modulehas three slots for hi-res impulse responses which are active forboth the headphone output and the balanced XLR DI output.
We have also added a one-knob compressor with intelligentmakeup gain for level consistency, while a new ultra-quietgraphic equalizer now replaces the previous 4-band type one.1/4 "/Speakon jack.
